Choose from a 4-seat cart or 6-seat cart available for half-day rental all the way up to a weekly rental. Total includes 7% State & Local Sales Tax. Please call to confirm availability on all rentals.
Terms & Waiver
Customer agrees to the lease rate and rental length terms chosen above.The Customer also agrees to the following terms:
1. The customer is fully and solely responsible and liable for the actions of the driver(s) and occupant(s) of the golf cart, including any and all property damage and/or personal injuries they may cause.
2. The operator of the golf cart must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
3. No more than four persons may ride in a four-person golf cart, and six persons in a six-passenger golf cart, respectively.
4. Island Golf Cart Rentals is not liable for loss or damage to the golf cart or any property, stored, or transported by the Guest or any other person(s) in the cart, or for any injury sustained by the driver or any occupant of the cart or any other person.
5. The customer shall reimburse Island Golf Cart Rentals for any and all loss or damage to the cart, tires, accessories and related equipment regardless of cause.
6. The customer assumes the risk of any of the above losses, injuries or damages and waives and releases any and all such claims against Island Golf Cart Rentals.
7. The customer agrees to hold Island Golf Cart Rentals harmless and to indemnify Island Golf Cart Rentals against any claim, loss or damage arising out of or related to the use of the cart by the guest or any other person who operates or occupies the cart.
8. Customers are responsible for charging their golf cart(s). Golf carts should be charged at the end of the day to ensure a full charge.
9. Customer is solely responsible for any parking violations. Any fines incurred will be charged to the Customer.
Cancelation Policy
Any Reservations Cancelled outside of 72 Hours of the Rental Beginning, are eligible for a refund, minus a $25 Cancellation Fee. Reservations Cancelled between 24-72 hours of the Rental beginning, will be refunded, minus the 30% Deposit. Any Cancellations or modifications inside of 24 Hours of the rental beginning are eligible for 50% refunds.
By completing this online transaction and submitting payment, Customer acknowledges that they have read, understand and agree to the terms above. Submission is considered your electronic signature.
